Preguntas frecuentes

1.- ¿Puedo escoger un libro que no esté en la lista?
Respuesta: Sí. Los alumnos de quinto y séptimo ya pueden escoger otro libro. En ese caso, acércate previamente a tu teacher para ver cuántos puntos por página te serán otorgados.

2.- ¿Puedo leer en copias o tengo que comprar el original?
Respuesta: Puedes leer en copias. Lo que se te evaluará es que hayas leído y comprendido el libro, no que lo tengas. De hecho, puedes organizarte con tus compañeros para comprar un libro entre varias personas. En cualquier caso, la evaluación de este aspecto será individual.

3.- ¿Cuánto cuestan los libros?
Respuesta: La mayoría de los libros en esta lista tiene un costo de entre $150 y $200 pesos.

4.- ¿Dónde puedo comprar estos libros?
Respuesta: En cualquier librería especializada en idiomas. Por cuestiones prácticas, te recomiendo London Bookstore (Sucursal Toluca. Está sobre Carranza, en la misma cuadra que el Instituto; muy cerca de Pizza Mecha y el Subway).


3.- DUOLINGO

9.- FLASHCARDS
Anteriormente el teacher te mandaba las diapositivas por correo electrónico al principio del semestre. Ahora tendrás acceso permanente al archivo en el siguiente link. Puedes hacer flashcards de este vocabulario o de cualquier otro que te resulte interesante/necesario.

Preguntas frecuentes

1.- ¿Por qué las imágenes y las palabras de las diapositivas se traslapan?
Respuesta: Si no descargas el archivo y sólo lo ves desde la página de internet, es probable que el archivo tenga algunas variaciones. Para poder visualizar el archivo correctamente la recomendación es que descargues el archivo y lo abras en Power Point.

2.- ¿Son las mismas diapositivas que las del semestre pasado?
Respuesta: Sí. Lo que se busca es consolidar el vocabulario ya aprendido en el semestre anterior. Si el teacher ve que la mayoría de los alumnos ya dominan estas palabras, pondrá a disposición de todos un nuevo archivo con nuevas diapositivas y, por ende, con nuevas palabras. De cualquier forma, recuerda que ya puedes hacer flashcards sobre otro vocabulario.

3.- Tengo mis flashcards del semestre pasado. ¿Puedo usar las mismas flashcards o tengo que hacer unas nuevas para acumular puntos?
Respuesta: El objetivo no es que hagas flashcards por hacerlas, sino que aprendas tanto vocabulario como sea posible. Si quieres utilizar tus flashcards del semestre pasado, esto es posible. Recuerda que lo importante es que te las aprendas. Sólo coméntaselo a tu teacher para que esté enterado.
